2. Shipping Locations & Fees
Canada
- Standard Shipping: $10 CAD (3–5 business days)
- Free Shipping: On orders $75 CAD or more
United States
- Standard Shipping: $10 USD (5–8 business days)
- Free Shipping: On orders $75 USD or more
International
- Flat Rate: $30 USD (7–14 business days)
- Free Shipping: On orders for $200 USD or more
Note: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Canada: 3–5 business days
- USA: 5–8 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen courier delays.
5. Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a link to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@norelle.co within 7 days with photos. Norelle will replace damaged items at no extra cost. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit once handed to the courier.
7. Multiple Orders
Shipping charges are calculated per order. Multiple separate orders will each incur the applicable shipping fee.
